Picture ID proof:
- Government issued Aadhaar with QR code (voter id, PAN card)
- Passport
Proof of address:
- Utility bill
- Mobile phone bill, Bank or credit card statement
Proof of address should be no more than 90 days old.
You will have to provide both individual documents. Please note a passport cannot be used as proof of address.
